At Servis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or accessories don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package the Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Servis
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
